Who would have thought you could have crispy chicken fingers on Ideal Protein?? YES, it's true! Hits the spot when you're craving greasy diner food or the ol' drive-thru. Pairs well with Walden Farms honey mustard dressing!  Hope you enjoy it!!

                                                               CRISPY CHICKEN FINGERS

Ingredients:

-6 oz chicken tenderloins ( or breast sliced into strips that's what I did above)
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 IP packet of crushed Unrestricted Garlic Chips (using food processor (I love my NINJA) or rolling pin)
S+P to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Line cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with foil. Coat chicken in egg. Then, roll chicken in crushed garlic chips. Place chicken on foil-lined pan. Cook for 15-18 minutes. Last minute, select "broil" this seals the chips to be extra crispy and golden brown! Remove from oven, and enjoy.

Hi there!
I LOVE your blog. Quick question though-I have NOT been able to locate Walden Farms honey mustard DRESSING anywhere-not even Amazon Prime. I only see WF HM Mayo and I don't want that. I swear that used to make it when I first started this a while back. Thanks!

Really late response but I use the WF Mayo and mix with a bit of yellow mustard, dijon mustard and a dash of splenda to make a really nice honey mustard dip! I dont have actual measurements ..just more mayo than other ingred.

Hi Judy!

Thanks for stopping by the blog, I'm so glad you like it and found it helpful! The dressing used for this recipe WAS originally honey mustard (Walden farms). But, you're right it is hard to find.... I asked my grocer and its because they recently discontinued it! A comparable option would be, honey dijion dressing, which can be found on their website at: http://www.waldenfarms.com/. I love that you can order products direct from their site, saves me time from hunting down specific stores. Hope this helps :)

Love your blog Tiffany. I also like to use the unrestricted BBQ Soy Nuts as coating for chicken & port. =)

Do you know roughly how many calories these are please? Would like to try them on my next cheat day (sadly I have to watch what I eat even on my cheat days! :( )

Tiffany, love what you've got on the go here with the blog site. I tried the Chicken as you outlined above last night. Very good. I tried it again tonight with the Southwest Cheese Protein Curls. I think it might be even better.

For Gordon's benefit -- if you are Phase 1 IP, this is a proper Phase 1 recipe. Not sure why you think it would be a "cheat"...

Instead of the egg, I dip my chicken strips in Franks Red hot sauce then coat. Serve over greens with celery sticks and Creamy Italian dressing almost like hot wings ;) Bake 400* 25 min turning over midway on sprayed( with Pam) cookie sheet
