Dear Tiffany-
You are an inspiration. You see I have never passed the 3 day mark on IP and yet I am trying again. Today is Day 1 and I have my appointment this afternoon. I am now 155 pounds and I am only 5 5. I need to be 125 pounds. I also turn 40 this April.
I have an addiction to healthy food. Healthy yummy food fruits vegetables healthier baked goods you name it. You will never find me at MCD or fast food places but you will find me shopping at Whole Foods, WEgmans etc and cooking and baking at home using tempeh goji berries and the like. This is hard.
Anyhow I have 2 boys and a girl and I need to set a healthy example. Help me.
