Directions:
Place all ingredients into slow cooker. Heat on medium-low for at least 6 hours, 8 hours preferred. Then, shred pork. Recommended to serve over riced cauliflower or salad.

Serves (1): Half of daily meat protein requirement (4oz recipe, 8 oz. daily req.) on Ideal Protein Diet Ingredients: 4 oz. ground turkey 2 c. shredded red & green cabbage 1 tsp. EVOO 2 tsp. Tamari Dash Ideal Salt Dash Everyday Seasoning Salt-Free Dash Pepper Directions: 1. Heat skillet and spray with PAM! 2. Next, add shredded cabbage and EVOO. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes. 3. Add cooked 4 oz. ground turkey ( I simply cook mine on stovetop for about 10-12 minutes; drain fat and reserve meat). 4. Add tamari, salt and desired seasonings. Cook altogether for another 5 minutes. Done! Enjoy Deconstructed Tacos -makes 4 servings (each serving has 1 c. of veggies) Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey Fat Free (browned) 1 serving of DIY taco seasoning: recipe can be found here, I like it because it uses little salt, 2 lbs sauteed peppers (red, yellow & green) recipe found here Directions: Mix seasoning into browned ground turkey, serve with sauteed peppers. This is a great way to pre-pack your lunch for the next day, and is SO simple and delicious! I have been consuming many turkey burgers and grilled chicken on my George Foreman. So, I wanted to spice it up a bit. Yes, it is summer and I decided to roast a hen in this hot weather.. but it was worth it! I borrowed this recipe from good ol, Martha. Now IP folks that are in strict Phases 1 &2 you should note that you will need to substitute the butter for the maximmum daily required oil. Other than that, this recipe is IP friendly. Skin turned out so crispy and delicious, especially paired well with summer squash. Enjoy!
