We are very excited to announce that we are expecting our first little bundle of joy, this Fall 2015. For that reason, I have had to stop doing Ideal Protein while pregnant. I hope to get back to it after I deliver and figure out my new routine. While breastfeeding, it is not recommended to do IP solely, but rather a way to supplement nutrition... so it may be a bit before I begin blogging entirely IP again.

Hi Tiffany! Congratulations on your new baby!! How exciting!! I so enjoyed reading your blog as I'm about to embark on my own IP journey. I had one concern as I see in your blog you mentioned a kidney stone. This is something that I've been concerned about with this diet. Do you think it was related to the diet? I hope it doesn't bother you that I ask. I'm just wondering. Thanks so much!!

Hi Tiffany! Thanks so much for your reply. I'm so glad to hear it wasn't related to IP. I've just completed my first week and it's going well. I'm on the short side so my coach said I may lose a little slower than someone that is taller. I'm really sticking to the plan so far....trying to get in all that water-loll!
